The TQUK Level 3 Diploma for the Children & Young People's Workforce (RQF) (Social Care) is designed for learners who work, or want to work, with children and young people in social care settings.
This qualification supports learners to develop the knowledge, understanding, and practical skills required when working with children and young people from birth to 19 years of age. It is suitable for learners working or preparing to work at a supervisory level in the children and young people’s workforce.

Entry Requirement
There are no specific formal entry requirements for this qualification.
Learners should ideally have a minimum of Level 2 literacy and numeracy or equivalent to support successful completion of written assignments and portfolio evidence.
Learners must be working, volunteering, or on placement in a suitable workplace, as this qualification requires assessment of both knowledge and competence.
This course is suitable for learners who:

- Support children and young people from birth to 19 years
- Are working towards supervisory-level practice
