BSGS College is already an established and reputable education institution, offering a wide range of courses and services. Moreover, the college has its own tailor-made in- house programmes which were designed to meet the demands of the local community in Whitechapel, which is predominantly Bengali in origin. In fact, BSGS was the pioneer of the first "Life in the UK training programme" in the whole of the UK in August 2007.

This was a complete course designed to facilitate members of the community to obtain British Citizenship and/or Indefinite Leave to Remain status. As a result of the success of the college’s unique educational services BSGS soon after launched its own innovative book and CD pack about Life in the UK which contains interactive mock tests and learning materials with Bengali translation and transliteration from the original English.

An off-shoot of the aforementioned project was a challenging and even more innovative project whereby BSGS was again requested to create a learning tool to help Bengalis pass their Driving Theory Test. As BSGS employs experts in computing technology and languages, it was able to successfully execute this new project and subsequently published its own innovative book and CD pack in Bengali and English. This Driving Test Book and CD was approved by DSA and both BSGS publications and CDs are now widely sold in the UK and even abroad.

Shortly after that, the government updated the law slightly and introduced a different path to obtaining British citizenship via gaining a recognised ESOL certificate with Citizenship modules. Again BSGS was quick to recognise a niche market and promptly developed a brand new unique ESOL Book and CD in English and Bengali - the only of its kind - aimed specifically at not only teaching the basics of English but also towards obtaining Citizenship. All our products are published by ourselves, BSGS Publishers, and successfully sold all over the country through community retail outlets as well as mail order.

The college is managed and run by professional teaching staff whose expertise lies in teaching English to foreigners and some of its key staff are renowned in their respective fields for their technical and innovative skills as well as for being creative thinkers who always seek to push the boundaries of conventional methods and means of disseminating knowledge and information.

In just a couple of years BSGS has achieved an enviable and formidable reputation for being a leading local community services provider. We only compete against ourselves and hope to continue this success in the future.
